I move around and avoid the monsters? on the screen? but then you're still in the car? I don't get what's happening bc no matter what I do, one appears in the windshield and I lose.

Thank you for the review. The screen is like a mini game that you have to play and the monsters on the windshield are like the real monsters. You have to double click the monsters on the windshield to avoid them.

the game is painfully slow. you're at the mercy of the bounce and have no agency in the game. I wouldn't have too much of a problem with this if the points weren't time based. the system makes it so you can hardly ever get above 2k or even 1k if the stage is long enough.
I kinda like the puzzle element but since it's tied to speed & your speed is awfully slow... it doesn't do it for me.

That is true. The original concept had an acceleration and deceleration button for the game. However, people constantly complained that they get confused with them. So, I removed them and changed some parts of the levels to work without them. It was definitely more fun with those controls, though maybe they were confusing. I do intend to remake this game someday for fun. I will try to fix things better then.

the intro is way too long. it runs horribly, like, even the NG player program lags.
and then, when I get to the menu, I can;t start the game. or if the game has started, nothing happens.
make sure everything is functional before submitting. seems like it'll be ok when it's complete, but as of now, nah.

I get stuck trying to open the basement door, I use the keys to open Jare's house and they go away. flashlight doesn't seem to move either

when I get 30 coins it says I have an upgrade ready, but the shop only shows me the next character that costs 600. are there supposed to be other upgrades? the costs are way too high for even that let alone the 10000 for the lich.
game is on but it would be better if it tracked your mouse instead of you having to hold click too.

You can click the "Upgrade Ready" button to get better weapons on that current run.

My bad for not explaining properly on the tutorial, I'll update it.
