I can't put a MP4 in the Art Portal, i can a Gif, but not a Loop Video with music. If i need to remove it, they can tell me, or remove it, idrc

the voice is way too quiet. if it's supposed to be an unsettling whisper, it doesn't really work since I can't even hear it.
if it's supposed to be an intro to the show, it's again too quiet.
