you don't get long well animated, well drawn stuff like this too often. the only thing that needs work are lip flaps + synching. it does kinda stand out since everything else is done so well.

To clarify: I'm using [2022] as a title; because, I've made previous versions of drumroll animations outside Newgrounds years ago. I did this just to prevent confusion.

Also the animation I've created is inspired by 80s anime, not 2002.
